Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness competitions when she was a teenager. After a year, she was awarded her Professional Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She first began to participate in fitness competitions after quitting her gymnastics career from childhood. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old she was awarded her professional card. This made her an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel left for six years from the stage to finish her education at college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 continued her earlier efforts. In the past, she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after her initial show for several years and set higher goals every year. By the end of 2009 she had won four health titles. In 2009, she became her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel took six years off from competition following her professional card's issuance to complete her college degree. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. At the show, she came in third. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more than happy of the result. It's no surprise that she was able to place so high, considering the competition. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on machines) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. It is common to warm up prior to the workout. Ariel makes the best use of her time. Her routine for back exercises consists of three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
